Called for a chimney inspection after something felt off. The technician looked it over and took care of the problem on the spot. Appreciate how simple it all was🙏🏼

Beware of United Home Service. Scammers. I had 3 A/C companies and air purification company and 4 ductwork companies look at my system this last month. One A/C company was just an annual check on my system. All was good. I am looking for quotes for installing air vents and anything that may help with my upstairs, as we keep our doors closed all the time. I was told my system would be more efficient with return vents in the room. As I had never heard this before, I was getting quotes. As I was getting quotes, I was learning more as well as finding out how much each would charge. They were all about the same. United Home Service came and like all the others wanted to look in my attic. He was up there so long I went up to see what he was doing. I told him I was not having issues just trying to improve my efficiency. Well, Ron came up with all these other problems. I asked him why all the other companies never came up with this problem. And he said the work that was done was wrong. But after all these other companies my system worked. Now it doesn't. They will not address the issue and tell me to call my home warrenty service and pay to fix what they caused.

United Home Services helped with a furnace tune-up before the colder days started. Julian made a few adjustments and the system has been running more evenly since.

I called about a chimney leak after a storm, and Wyatt sealed the area and checked the surrounding flashing before leaving.

We had a small leak around the chimney after rain, so we scheduled a repair. Asher from United Home Services sealed the flashing area and explained what caused it in the first place.👍🏽
